Veeder Root Misreading

In this picture you can see a metal band wrapped around the lower (h2o) float on the ATG. This is someone's attempt at tricking the probe to read 0" water. When we clean a tank and reclaim the fuel there's no need to trick the system. We removed the band and had the Veeder Root reading properly.
